OLIPPAC Conference in Kokopo also withness the launching of the OLIPPAC Book 1 by the Registry of Political Parties and Candidates Commission. This book is the compilation by various contributors from all walks of life. Names such as Peter Aitsi, Dr Ray Anere, Veronica Bera, Stephen Pokawin Dr Ovoru Sepoe, Moses Taian and the list goes on. This book is dedicated to Sir Mekere Morauta who introduced the OLIPPAC Law which saw the stabilization of government.
